2026 Plans

In 2026, America will mark the 25th Anniversary of 9/11. The country will also recognize its 250th birthday.


The Remember Me Rose Garden will honor this crucial period in our country's history by participating in local and regional events during the summer and fall of 2026. For example, we will be participating in Somerset County's “25/250” celebrations, including ceremonies at the Flight 93 National Memorial and at the Rose Garden. 


Volunteer events will also be coordinated in the spring and summer of 2026 to prepare and maintain the Remember Me Rose Garden during the blooming season.


In addition to maintaining what we accomplished over the past five years, we have ambitious plans for 2026, the 25th Anniversary of 9/11, including:

  • Construction of a Visitor Center
  • Installation of an Automated Irrigation System
  • Enhancements to our Kavod Garden
  • Additional engravings on stones to honor the heroes
  • Begin the process of constructing a Stage/Amphitheater to use for venue-appropriate music, speakers, and community events.

Donations in any amount will be gratefully accepted, and in-kind donations (materials, equipment, labor) are also very welcome! 100% of the proceeds will be used for improving and maintaining the rose garden.
